The Role

• Working with a team of lawyers you will provide legal support to the bank’s operations and businesses.
• Review and advise on standard bank documentation
• Assist the business in structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions.
• Liaise with external counsel on transactions and other legal issues

What we are looking for:

• At least 4/5yrs post qualification experience with some in house experience
• Knowledge of financial institution operations or transactions would be desirable but not essential
• A team player who is also independent, self-motivated, proactive, analytical and able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Called to the Singapore Bar
• Willing and able to travel
